Note: One day prior to the trip the passenger is required to visit the Diving Center to prepare equipment and sign the Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. In order to participate in the diving tours, you have to own a valid diving license (PADI, NAUI, CMAS, or any other). The departures depend on the chosen diving spot and the Island where the passenger is staying at.
PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Two dives per day on the specified days.
- Basic diving equipment.
- Guide for the days of land visits.
- One Diver attendant for every 8 divers.
- Transfer in/out in the islands.
- Snack on the diving days.
- Breakfast and lunch every day (except for the last day).
- Fresh water during diving.
- Lodging in the hotel in double or triple rooms with breakfast.
PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Airfare to Galapagos (round trip).
- Entrance to the Galapagos National Park ($100 for foreigners $50 for foreigners coming from countries belonging to the Andean Community or Mercosur)
- Transit Control Card ($20)
- Dinners
- Transfers from/to the hotel in all the Islands
- VAT for Ecuadorian people and local enterprises.

- Medical Insurance
Every passenger MUST bring their own medical insurance, otherwise they will not be able to enter the Galapagos Islands.
SAFETY
- Our programs do not include insurance. We recommend that divers contract their insurance agents before leaving for the Galapagos. We suggest they take a whistle and a scuba tube.
- PROTECCION SUBMARINA DEL ECUADOR has an operating decompression chamber in Galapagos. For their direct service as well as for the handling of all the administrative part between them and DAN or PADI, they charge for each dive tank $2 on daily dive tours, and additional $35 for longer cruises, up to 10 days. These costs have to be covered directly in Puerto Ayora.
- Level: All of our diving cruises are recommended only for intermediate and advanced divers, who have had diving experience in strong currents with a 7mm suit
INFORMATION REQUIRED
We customize all daily diving tour programs to suit the needs of all customers. Safety comes first and therefore we require the following information about each passenger’s diving experience in order to customize a program that will fit the skills and interests:
- 1. Type of diving license (level and training agency)
- 2. Current number of dives done
- 3. Date of the last dive
- 4. Experience with drift and wall diving
- 5. Experience diving in cold water and with thick wetsuits
