The Galapagos Islands – Ecuador
Is a new visitor activity to support tourism and fishing. This activity is developed by applying the traditional methods of the local people (galapagueños), giving you their knowledge in the fishing culture and the appropriate care of the equipment as well as their experience of living in harmony with nature. The Galapagos National Park allowed fishing tours only in specific areas and under world-class environmental control and regulations, so, visitors can accompany fishermen on their boats as they go out and fish. During this activity visitors are not allowed to disembark on land, however, visitors can enjoy other activities after the fishing, like snorkel in the assigned resting points. Enjoy this new way of exploring the Enchanted Islands.

This tour can be done as shared service or charter.
We will be going to take the boat which will transfer us to our destination for our activities.
We will visit Pinzon Island. we will able to see penguins, sea lions, sharks, stingrays, marine turtles and a wide range of fish.
Later on, we will visit Pingüino Bay, the rock without name, in here we will be able to swim and do some snorkel, we will observe stingrays, lobsters, marine turtles, sea cucumber fisheries, colorful fishes, sea stars, and close by the shore we will find small colonies of sea lions and frigates.
After we finish our activities we will return to the hotel.

TOUR TORTUGA ISLAND
This tour will be at Tortuga Island. the tour can be done in a share service or private service (charter).
It is located 30 minutes from Puerto Villamil, the Tortuga island is considered to be one of the most important places for nesting birds both marine and terrestrial, such as: frigates, lava gulls, and the tropical bird. A hundred years ago this site was a volcano which due to the erosion and waves one part of the crater collapsed forming an underwater site, making it very interesting to do some snorkel and see some species like: marine turtles, stingrays and schools of deep-sea fish which approach to the shore to feed themselves.

TOUR CABO ROSA, LOS TUNELES, EL FINADO
Located just 40 minutes away from Puerto Villamil, our first visit site is Roca Unión where we will be able to see mask-boobies, afterwards, we will continue to the Tunnels (Túneles) a unique geological site was formed by Sierra Negra volcano´s lava, creating natural bridges, arches, tubes and tunnels under and above the water. In here we will able to enjoy a 10-15 minutes’ walk and observe the volcanic formations and birds living on the site.
Later we will visit El Finado, a hidden cove with clear crystal and calm waters, where we will snorkel among the mangroves and enjoy swimming nearby marine turtles, reef fishes and sharks which rest on this site.

TOUR ISLOTES CUATRO HERMANOS
The Cuatro Hermanos islet formaly known as Crossman, it is an archipelago with four uninhabited islands, located close by Isabela island. they are volcanic origin and their shaped like cones molded from the action of sea waves. They constituted a reserve place for a bird sanctuary. It is a perfect place to do some fishing and snorkeling.

TOUR CARTAGO
Located 1 hour and 30 minutes off Puerto Villamil, this cove with calm waters is an ideal place to relax and do snorkel, after this activity we will do some vivential fishing, furthermore one of the main attractions is the observation of the terrestrial iguanas while we do some hiking.

TOUR 100% ARTISANAL FISHING
This activity is developed with the application of traditional methods of fishing by artisanal fishermen from Galápagos, passing on their knowledge about the art and culture of fishing as well as their experience of living in harmony with nature. The artisanal fishing can be done in fishing sites authorized by the Galapagos National Park. Passengers can not land while the activity is going but, they can do snorkel on the assigned sites.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Procure Medical and/or Travel insurance prior to your trip
- Luggage: We suggest you take a 10kg suitcase and a carry on. This is what is allowed by the local airlines. Please bear in mind that trips in Galapagos take place outdoors and include hikes, swimming, scuba diving, and other physical activities that require comfortable, lightweight, informal clothing
- Clothing: For the hot months (December — May) we recommend a bathing suit, T-shirts, shorts, sunglasses, cap or hat, insect repellent, sunscreen, sport shoes that are good for walking in lava and rocks, and sandals. For the cooler months (June — November), a waterproof jacket or poncho and light pants are necessary. Other important items are lip balm, eye drops, waterproof bags for electronic equipment, binoculars, patches or pills for sea sickness, a photo or video camera and enough film, batteries, chargers and any personal medications that you normally take
